1. Eligibility Requirements

• 1.1 Minimum Followers: To qualify as a partner, you must have at least 5,000 followers on one or more of the following platforms: Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or another approved platform. Exceptions to this requirement may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you do not meet this requirement but believe you have other qualifications or unique value to offer, please contact us directly via Discord or email at contact@sneakify.io.
• 1.2 Design Contributions: Partners are required to upload 1-2 designs each week on the Sneakify platform to maintain their partner status.
• 1.3 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Sneakify Partner Program.

2. Application Process

• 2.1 Application Submission: Complete the application form accurately, providing your full name, Sneakify username, Discord username, social media links, and follower count.
• 2.2 Review and Approval: Sneakify will review all applications and reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.

3. Partner Benefits

• 3.1 Exclusive Discord Role: Approved partners will receive a special role in the Sneakify Discord community, granting increased visibility and networking opportunities.
• 3.2 Affiliate Program:
  • Partners can include their own Nike affiliate URL in their designs posted on Sneakify.
  • Sneakify will split the traffic generated from each design between the partner's affiliate URL and Sneakify's affiliate URL on a 50/50 basis, providing shared earning opportunities.

4. Responsibilities and Obligations

• 4.1 Content Standards: All designs submitted to Sneakify must comply with community guidelines and not infringe on the rights of third parties.
• 4.2 Consistent Contributions: Failure to upload the required number of designs weekly may result in the loss of partner status.
• 4.3 Compliance with Laws: Partners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising and disclosure requirements related to affiliate links.

5. Termination and Suspension

• 5.1 Termination by Partner: You may terminate your participation in the program at any time by notifying Sneakify.
• 5.2 Termination by Sneakify: Sneakify reserves the right to terminate or suspend your partner status if you violate these terms and conditions or if your behavior harms the community or brand reputation.

6. Intellectual Property

• 6.1 License Grant: By submitting designs to Sneakify, you grant Sneakify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your designs on the platform.
• 6.2 Ownership: You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights to your designs, subject to the license granted to Sneakify.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sneakify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Partner Program.

8. Amendments

Sneakify reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of The Netherlands.
